How to Activate and Deactivate Users Account in Window Xp, Vista and Windows 7

• Right click on My Computer Icon on desktop > Manage > (Double Click)Local Users and Groups > Users
• Right Click on the required user out of existing users
• Select Properties.

• Uncheck Account is disabled option for Unable or vise-versa.
